Technical Job Application Specialist (US Software Engineering Roles)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Job Application Specialist to support software engineering candidates in securing US-based remote, contract, and full-time opportunities. The specialist will identify suitable software engineering positions, tailor application materials, submit applications across multiple job platforms, and manage the end-to-end application pipeline. This role requires excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant US-based software engineering roles (remote, contract, full-time) across job boards.
• Interpret technical job descriptions to determine candidate fit (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, AI/ML, Data Engineering, DevOps).
• Tailor and prepare application materials (résumés, cover letters, profiles) for each role.
• Submit and track applications on platforms such as LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Wellfound, and other major job boards.
• Maintain organized records and pipelines using spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Coordinate application schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring contacts.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of application details and candidate information.
