• Evening: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Outbound Sales Representative Key Duties

• Handle outbound sales calls.
• Engage with customers professionally and represent the company.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company scripts and sales processes.
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism.

Call Center Team Leader Key Duties

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents.
• Monitor calls and improve sales quality.
• Train agents on objection handling and closing techniques.
• Track KPIs, conversions, attendance, and productivity.
• Improve team performance and sales results and maintain discipline.
• Support management with reporting and performance updates.

• Experience handling outbound sales calls (freshers accepted; experience preferred).
• Target-driven with track record or willingness to meet targets.
• Strong English communication; UK-accent proficiency preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts and sales processes.

Must-have (Call Center Team Leader)

• Proven call centre/BPO/telesales or outbound sales experience managing a team.
• Experience monitoring calls and coaching to improve conversions.
• KPI tracking and performance management skills.
• Training and development skills for sales agents.
