Job Description: Study Hub (Pvt. Ltd.) is an Islamabad-based education management company expanding its network of teaching professionals to support partner schools, colleges, and training providers across Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons across assigned grade levels and subjects aligned to curriculum standards and institutional learning objectives.
• Create and adapt instructional materials, formative assessments, and activities to meet diverse learner needs.
• Use classroom management strategies to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and support student engagement.
• Provide timely feedback on student work, track progress, and communicate learning outcomes to parents and school leadership.
• Participate in professional development sessions, curriculum meetings, and collaborative planning with colleagues and Study Hub consultants.
• Contribute to assessment design, exam moderation, and reporting processes.

Job Specification:

• Strong subject knowledge in assigned discipline(s) and ability to teach at primary, middle, or secondary levels.
• Lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessment design with experience using differentiated instruction techniques.
• Classroom management and student engagement strategies, including experience with mixed-ability groups.
• Assessment skills: prepare formative and summative assessments, analyze results, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and basic LMS operations; willingness to adopt digital resources and blended learning.
• Good communication for interacting with students, parents, and school leadership; professional record keeping.
• Collaborative mindset for team planning, training workshops, and curriculum development.
• Reliability and commitment to professional growth through mentoring and feedback cycles.
