Open Positions:

• Graphic Designers
• CD 102 5 Color + Coater Operators
• SM 74 5 Color Machine Operators
• Die Cutting Operators
• Paper Cutting Operators

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

• Operate and maintain printing and packaging machinery (e.g., Heidelberg CD 102, SM 74 or similar)
• Prepare and inspect print-ready artwork and packaging designs (Graphic Designers)
• Ensure production workflow, maintain print quality, and minimize waste
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machines
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards in production
• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to meet deadlines

Job Specification:

• Must-have (Machine Operators):

  Relevant industry experience in printing and packaging operations

  Technical knowledge of printing machinery (Heidelberg, CD 102, SM 74 or similar machines)

  Ability to operate and maintain machines efficiently with minimal supervision

  Understanding of production processes and workflow in printing and packaging

  Attention to detail to maintain print quality and reduce wastage

  Basic troubleshooting skills for handling minor machine issues

  Knowledge of safety procedures in industrial production environments

  Ability to work under production deadlines and pressure

  Teamwork and coordination skills

  Discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic

• Additional (Graphic Designers):

  Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator

  Understanding of print-ready artwork and color management

  Knowledge of packaging design and prepress requirements
