- Lead small construction crews supporting mining operations at Impala Platinum Mine (Rustenburg).
- Supervise daily activities of construction crew including electricians, boilermakers, welders, and fitters.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress and workmanship quality, and ensure timely delivery of site works.
- Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with SHE/safety standards.
- Maintain site records, prepare reports for the site manager, and coordinate materials and equipment.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a construction or mining environment.
- Knowledge of SHE/safety standards and ability to enforce them.
- Basic computer literacy (reports, spreadsheets).
- Valid drivers licence and ability to travel between sites.
- Familiarity with trade teams (electrician, mechanic, welder) advantageous.
