Social Work Coordinator

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (on-site)

Type: Full-Time, Morning Shift

Overview:

The Social Work Coordinator will assess community needs, implement social programs, coordinate outreach initiatives, support individuals and families through social services, deliver community workshops and training sessions, and collaborate with local organizations to improve program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess community needs and design appropriate social interventions
• Implement and manage social programs and community initiatives
• Coordinate outreach activities and partnerships with local organizations
• Deliver workshops and training sessions for individuals and groups
• Provide direct support and referrals for individuals and families to social services
• Maintain program records and assist in reporting and monitoring

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Gender Studies, Community Development, or related field
• Skills in training and delivering workshops for individuals or groups
• Proficiency in teaching and adapting materials for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a non-profit or community-based organization
• Experience coordinating community outreach and partnerships
