Social Media Marketing Executive

Meezab Future Consulting, a sister company of the Meezab Group and a Hajj & Umrah services provider, is hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The role supports brand awareness, outreach, and lead generation across social channels within education management and travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content calendars and campaign plans aligned with seasonal demand cycles (Hajj/Umrah peaks and related educational offerings).
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including short-form video, graphics, and copy tailored to target audiences in Pakistan.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages, moderating conversations, and escalating inquiries to sales or operations teams.
• Run paid social media campaigns: audience targeting, A/B testing of creatives and copy, budget pacing, and performance optimization to maximize leads and conversions.
• Monitor analytics and produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for content and targeting.

• Must-have: Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Strong copywriting in English and Urdu; clear captions and CTAs.
• Experience creating short-form video and static creative assets; familiarity with video editors (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush) and graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Hands-on paid social advertising: campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, optimization.
• Analytical skills: platform analytics, UTM tracking, Excel/Google Sheets; translate metrics into recommendations.
• Community management: timely responses, escalation protocols, maintain brand tone.
• Project management: content calendars, coordination, meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of local market behavior for religious travel, seasonal demand patterns, and cultural sensitivity.
