Social Media Marketer

Job Description: HA-Technologies (Pvt) Limited, an Islamabad-based marketing agency, is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketer to lead content strategy, audience growth and campaign execution for client accounts across major social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create and manage editorial calendars, content buckets and campaign timelines for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok as applicable.
• Develop high-quality copy, captions and short-form content briefs for designers and videographers; supervise creative execution to ensure on-brand delivery.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns including audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid strategy and budget pacing to meet KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze performance using platform analytics and reporting tools; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members to review assets for format and messaging consistency.

Job Specification: Required:

• 3+ years experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies with measurable growth in followers, engagement or conversions.
• Strong content writing and editing; ability to produce concise, audience-tailored captions and CTAs.
• Experience with paid social advertising: campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management and optimization.
• Competence with analytics and reporting tools (native platform insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar).
• Experience with social media scheduling/management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of creative production and ability to brief/review designers and video editors.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable presenting results and recommendations to clients.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, content marketing and basic paid media concepts.
