Social Media Handler

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Handler to manage the daily pulse of our digital presence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Daily Posting: Execute the content calendar by posting Reels, Stories, and carousel posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Basic Editing: Use Canva and CapCut to create simple but visually appealing graphics and short-form videos.
• Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a friendly, helpful brand voice.
• Account Safety: Follow internal security protocols, using VPNs or proxies when managing international accounts to avoid downtime or shadowbans.
• Reporting: Take screenshots and notes of weekly performance metrics to track which posts perform best.

• Content Creation & Visual Design: Visual storytelling for Reels/TikToks/Carousels; proficiency in Canva and Figma; understanding of layout, typography, and color theory; video editing with CapCut or InShot (pacing, transitions, audio sync).
• Technical Infrastructure & Security: Familiarity with proxies and VPN management for international accounts; knowledge of account safety, shadowban avoidance, and platform security considerations; curiosity about YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms.
• Strategic Copywriting: Tone adaptability across Tech, Lifestyle/Aesthetic, and Professional voices; short-form copywriting mastery.
