Showroom Sales Representative

• We are seeking a confident, proactive, and well-groomed female Showroom Sales Representative to join our on-site showroom team in Rawalpindi.
• Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, provide product knowledge, and ensure a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers warmly; explain product features, materials, and customization options.
• Sales Conversion: Assist customers through the decision process and work to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Showroom Management: Keep the showroom display organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
• Leads & Follow-ups: Record customer inquiries and perform timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of walk-ins, feedback, and closed sales for management review.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven showroom or retail sales experience (furniture, interior decor, or high-end manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, professional, and patient when handling clients.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle and maintain customer records.
