Shopping Centre Manager

Employment type: Full-Time, On-site, Morning Shift

Summary:

• Responsible for full shopping centre / property operations management for a property management company based at the shopping centre.
• Manage commercial leasing activities including negotiations, renewals and lease administration.
• Attend mandatory weekly meetings in Lynnwood, Pretoria (travel required approximately once per week).

• Professional and well-presentable Afrikaans-speaking female, preferably aged approximately 30-50 years. Afrikaans and English first & second languages required (client base Afrikaans & English).
• Matric / Grade 12.
• Recent proven work experience in commercial/retail property management (shopping centre or retail centre management). NOT residential property management; NOT retail store management.
• Experience handling all aspects of commercial leasing (negotiations, renewals, leases).
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong administrative skills; collaborative, hands-on team player.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Residing in or near Bryanston (within daily commuting distance).
• Stable employment record and contactable employment references.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
