Job Description: Job Title: SEO Project Manager / Team Lead

Company: One Smart Sheep (US-based digital marketing agency)

Location: Remote (work-from-home) candidates in Lahore, Pakistan preferred

Salary: 90,000 - 100,000 PKR per month

Role Overview:

• Oversee and manage a remote SEO team (content writers, Google Business Profile specialist, link builder, implementer).
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of work for multiple client accounts.
• Contribute to SEO strategy, planning, and client reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee SEO team members and workflows.
• Develop monthly SEO plans and content strategies for clients.
• Review and approve deliverables before client submission.
• Analyze performance data using Ahrefs and Google Search Console and produce reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal staff to implement SEO and GBP recommendations.

Job Specification: Required / Must-have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proficient in Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Experience with WordPress and Google Business Profile (GBP) management.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with US-based clients or agencies (preferred).

Preferred:

• Experience in an agency environment and familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools.
