Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert to plan and execute SEO strategies, perform technical and on-page SEO, use analytics and SEO tools, and deliver measurable improvements in search performance. The role requires strong practical experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms, analytics, and collaboration tools. Candidates must be comfortable working with multiple browser tabs and using productivity shortcuts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data).
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize on-page elements: content, meta tags, headings, internal linking.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and produce reports.
- Work with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) and advise on SEO best practices for site implementations.
- Collaborate using business communication and project management tools.
- 3+ years demonstrable SEO experience and proven success in one or more SEO projects (provide proof of results).
- Proficiency with AHREFs, SemRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, basic Regex), Google Docs, Google Data Studio (Looker), Google Drive.
- Familiarity with Screaming Frog.
- Experience working with CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar (understand how a CMS works).
- Familiarity with browser tools and extensions (Google Chrome) and productivity tools: Slack, WhatsApp, Trello, ClickUp, Gmail.
- Experience using ChatGPT or other large language models for SEO tasks.
- Strong practical knowledge of how search engines rank pages, technical SEO, keyword research, and execution of SEO strategies.
- Ability to multitask across tabs and use keyboard shortcuts; efficient computer skills.
