We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies across eCommerce brands. The role focuses on performance marketing, digital campaigns, brand growth, and multi-channel management to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance. - Campaign & Strategy Management
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans, launch promotional campaigns (offers, seasonal sales, product launches), and coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution. - Social Media & Content Oversight
Oversee social media strategy and content planning, work closely with designers and content team, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. - eCommerce Marketing
Manage and optimize product listings and landing pages, work on conversion rate optimization (CRO), and collaborate with marketplace teams (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.). - Analytics
Use analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and inform optimizations.
- Must-have: Experience in performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, eCommerce marketing, CRO, analytics tracking.
- Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, customer lifecycle & retention marketing, email marketing and automation, familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Shopify).
- Other: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
