Job Description: You are the face of Rafiki at your property.

  • Lead the front desk team: Lead, schedule, and train all front desk agents and experience staff at your property.
  • Guest experience: Execute Guest Experience SOPs for check-in, checkout, room handover, safety, and complaints.
  • Reviews & follow-up: Actively drive review collection ask every departing guest and follow up with satisfied guests.
  • Upselling: Upsell experiences, camps, food court items, and other onsite services to checking-in guests.
  • Cloudbeds management: Maintain Cloudbeds accuracy: room status, charges, guest notes, no-shows.
  • Coordination: Coordinate daily with the Experiences team on bookings, group sizes, and arrivals.
  • Reporting: Report daily metrics to the Head of Customer Experience.
  • Consistency: Ensure the team uses consistent information and tone as the community team.
  • Operations: Flag maintenance or operational issues immediately.
Job Specification:
  • 2+ years in hostel, hotel, or hospitality front desk; senior or lead experience preferred
  • Based in Dahab or willing to relocate immediately
  • Natural team leader: ability to motivate and lead by example
  • Guest-obsessed: strong guest service focus
  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Cloudbeds experience or ability to learn within 1 week
