Senior Experiences Specialist Tamraght

Location: Tamraght / Agadir, Morocco (on-site)

Role:

• Lead on-ground execution for surf, kite, and cultural experiences and camps in Tamraght.
• Manage local suppliers and coordinate with partner surf/kite instructors and schools.
• Recruit, brief and schedule volunteer assistants for experience delivery.
• Run daily experience operations, including maintaining booking system records and reconciliations.
• Capture photos, short clips and guest testimonials for the Content Team; deliver weekly.
• Ensure brand visibility at experiences through signage and collaterals.
• Drive on-site sales and upsells (additional sessions, equipment rental, add-ons).
• Manage cash collection and on-site payments; reconcile daily.
• Report weekly to Head of Experiences with bookings, revenue, attendance and feedback.
• Propose new local experience ideas quarterly.

• 13 years experience in events, experiences, surf/kite instruction, or outdoor adventure operations.
• Based in Tamraght or Agadir, or available to relocate immediately.
• High energy, reliable and detail-oriented.
• French and/or Arabic required; English is a strong plus.
• Active in the Tamraght surf or kite community is a major bonus.
• Experience maintaining booking systems (Rezdy experience preferred).
• Ability to capture basic marketing content (photos/video) on-site.

• Willingness to travel locally as required.
• Comfort handling cash and basic reconciliations.
