Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks related to managing the Amazon Marketplace account.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock levels and avoid shortages.
• Prepare basic reports on sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.
• Support customer service by assisting with inquiries, returns, and feedback when needed.
• Stay updated on Amazon marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities to improve operations.

Job Specification: Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 34 years of experience with Amazon Marketplace, e-commerce, or administrative support roles.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience creating and maintaining Amazon product listings and inventory updates.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplace processes.
