Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell RMG software applications to garment factories and apparel manufacturers.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with factory owners, production teams, and management.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful software implementation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the RMG sector.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and follow up with customers regularly.

• 3+ years of experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry.
• Prior experience as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Quality Assurance Executive, or Sales & Marketing Executive related to RMG software applications.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes, quality control, and factory operations.
• Experience with ERP, production management, or merchandising systems.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and ERP/software systems used in the garment industry.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

• 2+ years of direct software or IT services sales experience.
