Sales Representative - US Truck Dispatching

Job Description: Job Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative with hands-on experience in trucking/logistics and US truck dispatching.
• The role is onsite in Lahore and requires working the evening/night shift aligned to US timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the trucking/logistics market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Pitch logistics and trucking services to potential clients, with emphasis on the US market.
• Find and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Negotiate rates and close sales deals effectively.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Work Details:

• Location: Lahore (onsite).
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: Evening/night shift (US timings) starting 06:00 PM.
• Employment type: Full-time.

Job Specification:

• Minimum 1 year experience in truck dispatching or trucking/logistics sales (freshers not allowed).
• Experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Experience dealing professionally with brokers and drivers.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal English.
• Basic knowledge of route planning and rate negotiation.
• Ability to generate and convert leads and meet targets.
• Ability to work night/evening shifts (US timings).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
