Sales & Online Bidding Specialist (E-Book Services)

• Responsible for generating business and converting leads for E-book services via freelancing marketplaces and inbound channels.
• Primary focus on bidding and winning projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer; later handle inbound leads from Google (calls, WhatsApp, email).
• Work mode: remote/online. Shift: on rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms to secure projects.
• Write high-quality, customized proposals in fluent English.
• Communicate with international clients and close deals.
• Handle and convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email) as they arrive.
• Maintain follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and bidding targets.
