Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi (remote/online work mode available; field/door-to-door tasks required)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and follow target-based sales processes
- Conduct field and door-to-door sales and client visits
- Present products and services, negotiate and close deals
- Maintain CRM records: emails, calls, follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams on quotations and service delivery
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary AED 2000 - 2500 per month
- Commission and incentives
- Accommodation provided
- Minimum 3+ years proven experience in Sales & Marketing (IT/ELV industry in UAE)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (minimum Diploma acceptable)
- Experience with field/door-to-door sales and target-driven roles
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills; fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge of ELV products & services
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Own visa preferred
