The role is market-building and business development leadership: build the market from the ground up, drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and lead commercial activities across Vietnam. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies for molecular diagnostic and oncology products, manage key accounts, engage with hospitals and oncology stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams to support product adoption. The position requires travel within Vietnam and a morning-shift on-site presence in Hanoi.Job Specification:
- Must-have (required):
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on sales experience in molecular diagnostics / oncology / medical devices
- Proven track record in revenue growth and strategic partnerships
- Strong network within Vietnam healthcare and oncology ecosystem
- Fluent Vietnamese and professional English
