Role Overview:

• Lead and expand wholesale flower business in the assigned market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.

Job Specification: Minimum qualifications & skills

• 35 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution (must).
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client management (must).
• Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the KSA flower market.
• Existing network within florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers in the KSA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience with import/export flower trading (preferred).
• Valid KSA driving license (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advantage).
