Role Overview:
- Lead and expand wholesale flower business in the assigned market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- 35 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution (must).
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client management (must).
- Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the KSA flower market.
- Existing network within florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers in the KSA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Experience with import/export flower trading (preferred).
- Valid KSA driving license (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advantage).
