- Bachelor's degree (BBA or BBM/MBA or equivalent)
- 3-4 years of relevant sales experience (FMCG, food industry or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a team
