Job Description: Position: Sales Executive

Company: Dental software / Healthcare technology (Lahore-based)

Location & Work Mode: Remote (work from anywhere in Pakistan); occasional in-person visits to clinics in Lahore as required

Type: Full-Time (also lists Part-Time option)

Salary & Commission: PKR 25,000 base + monthly commission; commission potential up to PKR 200,000+ in strong months; conveyance reimbursement PKR 7,000/month

Overview:

Join a growing dental software company as a Sales Executive focused on selling SaaS solutions to dental clinics and related healthcare customers. The role is remote with field visits when required. You will generate leads, run demos (virtual and in-person), build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and close subscription-based deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit dental clinics and introduce the software to clinic owners and decision-makers (in-person when required).
  • Book and run product demonstrations (online and in-person).
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales; achieve monthly target of 57 new clinic sign-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dentists, clinic managers, and hospitals.
  • Manage a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools and submit regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and close subscription-based deals; coordinate handovers to implementation and support teams.
Job Specification: Must-have:
  • Minimum 1 year sales, marketing, field sales, or client-facing experience.
  • Proven B2B or healthcare technology sales experience; preferably selling to dental clinics or clinical customers.
  • Experience with virtual demos (video conferencing) and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and use CRM tools.
  • Negotiation and commercial proposal preparation experience; track record closing subscription-based deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to demonstrate SaaS value to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Basic technical literacy to explain SaaS features and integrations in clear, non-technical language.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience selling to clinics or in healthcare technology (dental experience preferred).
  • Territory planning, time management, and customer-oriented coordination with implementation/support teams.
