Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience in real estate to drive property sales and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Present and promote properties to prospective buyers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
