Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, pharmacies, and skin clinics in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmacists, dermatologists, and store managers.
- Educate healthcare professionals and retail staff on product benefits and usage.
- Drive B2B sales, manage retail relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Perform regular field visits and territory management.
- 23 years proven sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical sector.
- Deep knowledge of pharmacy and retail landscape in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
- Own transport for daily field visits.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary PKR 40,000 (up to PKR 100,000 with commissions).
- Uncapped performance-based incentives.
- Fuel & maintenance allowance for field travel.
