Source: mustakbil.comJob Description: We are hiring Sales Executives (On-site) in Rawalpindi to sell packaging materials, labels, water bottles and related products. This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role working morning shifts. Responsibilities include:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
- Generate and qualify leads to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Perform account management to maintain and expand client accounts
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored packaging solutions
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals
- Work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Must-have: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Sales experience: Proven experience in sales; packaging or FMCG industry experience preferred
- Inside Sales & Lead Gen: Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation
- Account Management: Experience maintaining and growing client accounts
- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation
- Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, result-driven, organized, good time-management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related; previous customer-facing experience; knowledge of packaging/FMCG
