Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive to engage real estate developers and corporate clients for Pixarch's digital visualization services (CGI, architectural renderings, animations, presentations). The role is on-site in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, morning shift, full-time. Preference for candidates residing nearby.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling and outbound outreach
• Engage and pitch to real estate developers and business clients
• Present Pixarch’s CGI, animation and presentation services
• Schedule meetings and support deal closures
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist with branding content and on-camera/video marketing initiatives

• Must-have: 6 months 2 years B2B sales / business development experience
• Must-have: Strong communication, negotiation and client-relationship skills
• Must-have: Ability to engage confidently with corporate and real estate clients
• Must-have: Strong lead generation skills (LinkedIn, cold calling, outbound outreach)
• Must-have: Good CRM management and follow-up discipline
• Must-have: Target-driven, self-motivated and presentable
• Preferred: Basic understanding of digital services (CGI, animation, marketing) or real estate industry
• Preferred: Comfortable with on-camera presence for branding/marketing content
