Key Responsibilities:
- Make 300+ outbound calls daily to potential customers affiliated with AT&T.
- Present and promote company services clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately update customer information and maintain call records in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow compliance, quality, and script guidelines.
- Must-have: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center outbound sales (preferred).
- Must-have: Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (US accent preferred).
- Must-have: Ability to work under pressure and meet high call volume & sales targets.
- Must-have: Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented.
- Must-have: Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM/call center software.
- Must-have: Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone); travel as required.
- Preferred: Prior experience on AT&T campaigns.
