Sales Executive

Job Description: A sunflower oil manufacturer seeks a Sales Executive to grow and manage accounts across retail and wholesale channels in Dubai. The role involves developing relationships with retail chains, supermarkets, grocery wholesalers, and key customers; driving sales targets; conducting market visits; coordinating with distribution partners; and providing excellent customer service. The position reports to the Sales Manager and collaborates with operations and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and wholesale segments
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate product promotions and in-store merchandising
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Proven experience selling FMCG products, preferably edible oils, to retail chains, supermarkets, or wholesale distributors
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (career level: Experienced)
• Market knowledge: Knowledge of Dubai/UAE retail market and distribution channels
• Skills: Strong negotiation and account-management skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with large retail chains and independent retailers; good communication and presentation skills
• Other: Valid driving license and readiness to conduct frequent field visits; ability to work on-site in Dubai; comfortable working morning shift
