Role Overview
- Join the sales team to promote and sell development projects.
- Engage prospective clients, conduct property viewings, and present project details.
- Prepare sales proposals and deliver presentations to close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high-quality customer service.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Must-have: Proven sales experience in real estate (minimum 1 year)
- Must-have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must-have: Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Must-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
