Role overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth across UAE, KSA, and USA markets. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation for offerings including Microsoft solutions, staffing services, and cybersecurity packages.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate and qualify leads for Microsoft licensing & cloud solutions (M365, Azure, Security), IT staffing & resource augmentation, and cybersecurity offerings (e.g., VAPT, Breach Ready packages)
  • Identify key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads) across target regions
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales and consulting teams
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and solution teams to refine messaging and outreach
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
Job Specification:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
