Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support the development of sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
