Role Overview:
We are recruiting a Safety Officer to join the construction team to maintain health and safety standards, reduce incidents and ensure regulatory compliance on mining and construction sites.Job Specification:
- Minimum 1 year safety experience in construction or similar environment
- Knowledge of OHS legislation, risk assessment and incident investigation
- Permit-to-work and hazard identification skills
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions
- Strong communication, observation and report-writing skills
- Computer literate (MS Office) and able to maintain records
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
