Job Description: Job Summary

We are seeking an Overseas Customer Service Officer to support CIS countries based customers with inquiries, loan applications, Social Media channel management, and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Social Media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.
  • Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery, and Operations.
  • Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.

Work Hours & Shifts

  • Minimum 45 hours per week
  • Morning Shift: 09:50 AM 08:00 PM (KST)
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:50 PM 11:00 PM (KST)
  • Shifts may be adjusted based on operational needs.
Job Specification:
  • Currently located in Uzbekistan
  • Stable laptop and internet connection
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets
  • Fluency in Uzbek
  • Proficiency in English or Korean
  • Korean language: TOPIK I Level 2 (basic communication in Korean)

  • Morning or afternoon KST shifts as listed
