Source: mustakbil.comWe are seeking an Overseas Customer Service Officer to support CIS countries based customers with inquiries, loan applications, Social Media channel management, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.
- Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery, and Operations.
- Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.
Work Hours & Shifts
- Minimum 45 hours per week
- Morning Shift: 09:50 AM 08:00 PM (KST)
- Afternoon Shift: 12:50 PM 11:00 PM (KST)
- Shifts may be adjusted based on operational needs.
- Currently located in Uzbekistan
- Stable laptop and internet connection
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets
- Fluency in Uzbek
- Proficiency in English or Korean
- Korean language: TOPIK I Level 2 (basic communication in Korean)
