Prime Cuts is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and direct guests to appropriate staff or departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Manage daily check-ins, appointment scheduling, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and preparing documents.
