- Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and follow up when required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier items; coordinate timely distribution.
- Maintain appointment schedules, assist with meeting room bookings, and provide basic meeting setup.
- Perform clerical tasks: data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support administrative tasks for consultancy projects, including coordination with international partners and preparation of client-facing documents.
- Ensure adherence to office policies and maintain discretion/confidentiality when handling information.
- Minimum 2 years reception/administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; clear, polite phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills; customer-focused and professional.
- Organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and be punctual.
- Basic administrative skills: data entry, filing, copying, mail/courier handling.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred
- Diploma in office management or secretarial studies or relevant receptionist/administrative training.
