Imarat Downtown is seeking dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven professionals for positions as Senior Investment Consultant, Team Lead, and Manager. Selected candidates will provide professional real estate investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors, generate new business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive investment growth
- Provide real estate investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads
- Manage client relationships and deliver tailored investment solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property/showing arrangements
- Negotiate and close deals; meet sales targets in a target-driven environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members (for Team Lead / Manager roles)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred)
- Experience: 25 years in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development, or Investment Advisory
- Must-have skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to close deals; client handling for high-net-worth and corporate clients; target-driven and self-motivated; professional appearance
- Preferred: Experience in corporate sales or real estate; leadership potential for Team Lead/Manager roles
- Other: Strong relationship-building skills
