- Ensure that all painting and coating activities meet project specifications, industry standards, and client quality requirements.
- Inspect surface preparation before painting.
- Check dry film thickness (DFT), wet film thickness (WFT), and perform adhesion tests.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.
- Monitor safety and environmental requirements during painting activities.
- Must-have: Knowledge of industrial and decorative painting systems
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with inspection tools and testing equipment (DFT/WFT gauges, adhesion testers)
- Good reporting and communication skills
