QA Manager

• Lead and scale the QA function, overseeing manual and automation testing strategies and integrating AI-driven testing tools.
• Build high-performing QA teams and drive quality through data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams across projects, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for manual and automated testing.
• Drive adoption of AI-based testing tools and frameworks; evaluate and train the team on AI/ML techniques for test generation, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery, test coverage, and continuous improvement.
• Define and own a quantitative quality model including KPIs, metrics, scoring frameworks, and benchmarks.

• Must-have: 8+ years in QA engineering with at least 3+ years in a leadership or people-management role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders across time zones.
• Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing; proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Practical experience with AI-driven QA tools and techniques (test optimization, intelligent test generation, defect prediction).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
