Preferred
- Direct the HVAC team; oversee installation and commissioning to meet performance, energy efficiency, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage bidding process, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and contract terms.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Serve as primary point of contact for senior management, clients, consultants, and building operations; provide regular progress reports and facilitate effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 810+ years proven project management experience in hotel, hospitality, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience leading and coordinating teams including HVAC specialists, vendors, subcontractors, and on-site staff.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, MEP systems, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
