- Monitor and review Point-of-Sale (POS) camera footage daily.
- Identify suspicious activities, discrepancies, or irregularities at POS terminals.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports of findings and observations.
- Highlight theft, fraud, procedural violations, or operational issues observed in footage.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards.
- Undertake a 3-day training program on joining; during probation you will monitor 1016 stores.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) required to review footage, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate written reports.
- Available to work evening shift and full-time on-site in Karachi.
Other:
- Willingness to undergo training and monitor multiple stores during probation.
