Source: mustakbil.comJob Description: Job Purpose:
- Processing and verification of payment vouchers including claims, commissions, vendor payments, reinsurance payments, and administrative expenses.
- Ensure all payments are supported by proper approvals and complete documentation in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
- Prepare payment schedules for bank transfers, cheques, and online transactions.
- Coordinate with Claims, Underwriting, HR, Administration, and Branches for payment-related matters.
- Record and reconcile payment entries in the accounting system.
- Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely settlement.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with withholding tax, sales tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing payment records and supporting documentation.
