Part-Time Senior Software Engineer (Client-Facing / Interview Representative Model)

Job Description: MexJob operates a non-traditional, distributed engineering model designed to help top engineers access high-quality global opportunities across U.S. and LATAM markets.

Responsibilities:

• Interview & Client Representation
  Participate in introductory calls, technical interviews, and cultural fit discussions.
  Represent assigned profiles (U.S. or LATAM partner accounts when applicable).
  Communicate confidently with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.


• Technical Positioning
  Demonstrate strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design concepts, and real-world development practices.
  Align responses with project requirements and role expectations.


• Collaboration with Internal Team
  Work with senior bidders and technical leads.
  Participate in mock interviews and preparation sessions.
  Optionally receive real-time AI-assisted interview support.


• Post-Offer Involvement
  Join daily standups (3060 minutes) after placement.
  Coordinate with delivery engineers as needed to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Job Specification:

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience


• Strong English communication skills (especially for U.S. roles)


• Comfortable conducting live technical interviews and discussions


• Solid understanding of backend and frontend systems, APIs, databases, and architecture basics


• Confident, articulate, and able to think on your feet
