Overview:

Threesixtystores is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience across consumer service locations in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to meet organizational goals.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and budget management.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: 2 years of relevant experience in a consumer services or retail environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Technical: Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite.
• Management: Strong leadership and team management abilities; experience training and mentoring staff.
• Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; knowledge of consumer service industry trends and best practices.
