- Manage control room staff and daily operations
- Handle client queries and service requests professionally
- Arrange and deploy security officers based on client requirements
- Prepare and manage staff rotas / schedules
- Monitor attendance, lateness, shift cover, and absences
- Maintain Excel sheets, reports, and operational records
- Liaise with UK management regarding staffing and incidents
- Ensure high service standards and quick response times
- Train and supervise control room employees
- Understand UK security industry expectations and client standards
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in security operations / guarding industry
- Good knowledge of scheduling and workforce planning
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Calm under pressure / problem solving
- Customer service and client communication skills
Preferred:
- Worked in a security company control room
- Experience with UK guarding / CCTV / SIA industry
- Experience handling rosters for multiple sites
