Online / Onsite Physics Teacher

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to deliver online or in-person lessons for secondary and pre-university students. The role focuses on clear concept delivery, engaging lesson planning, formative assessment, and measurable student progress. Responsibilities include developing and delivering structured lessons aligned to international exam standards (IB, IGCSE, A-Levels or equivalent), creating homework and assessment materials, using digital tools and an LMS to present lessons and record progress, assessing student performance and providing feedback, communicating with guardians and the academic team, and participating in curriculum discussions and training. Candidates must maintain professional standards and manage time and classroom engagement effectively. Work mode: remote or onsite in Lahore. Salary: 30,000 - 70,000 PKR.Job Specification:

• Must-have:
  
• Strong subject knowledge in physics at secondary and pre-university levels (mechanics, electromagnetism, waves, modern physics)
  
• Experience with international curricula or standardized exams (IB, IGCSE, A-Levels) or equivalent
  
• Ability to design lesson plans, formative assessments, and problem sets targeting conceptual understanding
  
• Proficiency with online teaching tools: video conferencing, screen sharing, digital whiteboards; basic LMS use
  
• Excellent verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts simply
  
• Classroom management skills for online and in-person sessions
  
• Time management, punctuality, and reliable internet connectivity for remote teaching
