Office Boy / Rider

Role Overview:

Sign Design is seeking an Office Boy / Rider with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support daily office operations, perform deliveries, run errands, and assist with inventory and administrative tasks. The role is full-time, on-site, morning shift in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily office operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver documents and materials to clients and suppliers promptly.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain and use own motorcycle for deliveries; ensure it is in good working condition.
• Help manage inventory and source office supplies.
• Run errands and complete tasks assigned by management.

• Minimum Intermediate certificate.
• Proven experience as an office boy or delivery rider (minimum 2 years).
• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Own motorcycle in good working condition.
• Smartphone and ability to use Google Maps.
• Basic knowledge of Karachi streets and traffic regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
