Responsibilities:
- Build and manage automation workflows using n8n
- Integrate APIs and third-party services (CRMs, REST APIs, Google Sheets, webhooks)
- Configure webhooks and manage webhook-driven flows
- Set up AI-powered automations using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows
- Communicate clearly in written English with clients and team
Hours & duration: Remote, contract-based with flexible hours; morning-shift alignment and availability during European business hours; potential for long-term collaborationJob Specification: Must have:
- n8n minimum 1 year hands-on experience
- REST API integration
- Webhook configuration
- Google Sheets / Google Workspace
- Good written English communication
- Reliable internet connection and availability during European business hours
Preferred:
- Basic Python or JavaScript
- Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic API
- Familiarity with Airtable, Make.com or Zapier
